The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 13.00 percent. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £70/$104/€82. For bookings of 18 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
